At DNA Fit we offer 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes that focus on burning fat and building lean muscle. Our trainers program different workouts daily so you are never bored and are always targeting different muscles. What we burn here in 30 minutes take the average person hours to do in the gym.
ANYONE CAN DO IT
Our classes are for everyone, from beginners to advanced athletes. Everyone works at their own pace and our classes are designed to help people that are new to working out build a strong base and teach them proper form and take everyone to their next fitness level.

COACHES
Our certified coaches are here to guide you and help you reach your goals. They are caring, motivating, and supportive. Our coaches will drive you to the next level and know when to slow it down and modify exercises for you.
MEMBERSHIP
With our membership you will get unlimited bootcamp classes, nutritional guidance, support and accountability. We also offer 3-D body scans at no additional charge for members who want to track their progress on body fat loss and muscle gain. Our scan will also help us design a nutrition plan that is tailored specifically to you.
