Baked Honey Dijon Crusted Salmon

This EASY salmon was super flavorful and high in protein. The whole family will enjoy and will become a staple in your household. 

If you love salmon but like to switch it up, then this is the recipe you have been looking for. One bite after tasting this delicious dish, the whole family was raving! Even my 4-year-old son loved it and asked for seconds! 

Salmon is super nutritious and loaded with Omega 3s and my favorite is that is high in protein. 

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 4 teaspoons fresh parsley (optional)
  • 16 oz salmon
  • Seasoning salt, lemon pepper, garlic to taste
  • 1/2 lemon

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  • Stir together melted butter, mustard, and honey in a small bowl. Set aside. Mix together finely crushed Ritz crackers, chopped pecans, and parsley in another bowl.

  •  Season with seasoning salt, garlic, and lemon pepper

    Brush salmon with honey mustard mixture, and sprinkle the tops of fillets with cracker mixture.

  • Bake salmon in the preheated oven until it flakes easily with a fork, 12 to 15 minutes and garnish with a wedge of lemon.
